2011-12 season highlights: Tom, a captain, won eight matches while playing mainly first singles. He went 2-0 at the second singles spot. He went 9-9 in doubles competition, including a 6-5 record with Jason Ottomano while playing the first (4-3) and second (2-2) spots. 2010-11 season highlights: Kimball, who studied abroad during the year, was 1-0 at first singles before leaving. 2009-10 season highlights: Tom played at first singles and first doubles in his second year. 2008-09 season highlights: Kimball broke into the lineup right away in both singles and doubles during his first year...played fourth singles for much of the year and also played second doubles with teammate Phillip Zunshine...Kimball and Zunshine won doubles matches against Hamilton, Connecticut College, Whitman, and Tufts. Kimball also had singles wins against Trinity, Whitworth, and Southern Maine. At Colby: Tom majored in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Environmental Education...was on I-Play softball and I-Play football leagues at as a tennis instructor during the summer. Before Colby: Played tennis, swam, and ran cross country at Shepaug Valley High School...earned all-state honors after sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.
