  WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College women’s lacrosse coach Karen MacCrate Henning was honored as the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association New England Region Division III Coach of the Year after helping the Mules to a second straight New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) title.

  WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College women’s lacrosse team finished the 2008 season ranked eighth in the country, started this past season ranked eighth, and finished the 2009 season again at eighth in NCAA Division III after the final Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) national poll was released.

  WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College’s Claire Donegan (Great Falls, Va.) is the only NCAA Division III player to make it past the first round of tryouts for the 2009-10 U.S. developmental team at the recent U.S. Lacrosse Women’s Division National Tournament.

  WATERVILLE,Maine --- Colby College women’s lacrosse coach Karen MacCrate Henning will team up with three of her former players at the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA)/Under-Armour North-South Senior All-Star Game on Saturday, June 13, at the United Sports Training Center in Downington, Pa.

  WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College’s Kate Sheridan (Hingham, Mass.) accomplished a rarity Wednesday when she was named an All-American in women’s lacrosse for the fourth straight year.
