Kondrat, Sheppard, FitzPatrick earn track honors (05/05/2009)
WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College’s Brianna Kondrat (Eaton, N.H.) made it four honors in five weeks after once again being named the New England Small College Athletic Conference Field Performer of the Week and was one of three Mules to be named to the women’s outdoor track and field all-conference team.

NEW LONDON, Conn. --- Brianna Kondrat broke a 14-year-old school record in winning the hammer throw and Danielle Sheppard was a champion in the high jump for Colby College at the New England Small College Athletic Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday at Connecticut College.

BRUNSWICK, Maine --- Jennifer MacDowell had a personal-best time in winning the 5,000-meter run and Danielle Sheppard had the best leap of her life in taking the high jump for the Colby College women’s outdoor track and field team at the Aloha Relays at Bowdoin College on Saturday.

FITCHBURG, Mass. --- The Colby College women’s outdoor track and field team had a dual meet feeling in a meet with 20 teams as the Mules won Fitchburg State’s Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational on Saturday in a close battle with rival Bates College.
