  WATERVILLE, Maine ---- Harry Smith (Locust Valley, N.Y.) achieved a rare feat Tuesday after being named to the New England Small College Athletic Conference Winter All-Sportsmanship Team for a fourth straight year while also earning All-NESCAC playing honors in his four seasons.

  WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College women's swimming and diving team had the best cumulative grade point average of any New England Small College Athletic Conference swim team and the men also were named a College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team.

  MIDDLETOWN, Conn. --- Colby College's Mandy Ferguson (Wilmette, Ill.) swam in her third championship final in as many nights, taking fifth place on Sunday in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the New England Small College Athletic Conference Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at Wesleyan University.

  MIDDLETOWN, Conn. --- Colby College's Mandy Ferguson (Wilmette, Ill.) took fourth place in the 1,000-yard freestyle and helped a relay team take ninth on the second day of the NESCAC Women's Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday.
