Yorke, Papadellis earn All-NESCAC women's soccer honors

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College's Alex Yorke (Chicago, Ill.) and Annie Papadellis (Hopkinton, Mass.) each made the New England Small College Athletic Conference Second Team Women's Soccer All-Conference squad on Thursday.

Yorke and Papadellis are on the team for the first time. The pair helped Colby earn the sixth seed in the NESCAC playoffs this year. Yorke did earn All-New England honors a year ago.

Yorke finished the season with two assists and was a key part of Colby's central midfield play. The junior heads into next year with two goals and seven assists for 11 career points.

Papadellis had a breakout year after leading the Mules in scoring with seven goals and three assists for 17 points. She had two game-winning goals and heads into her senior season next year with eight goals and six assists for 22 career points.
