HARTFORD, Conn. --- The 21st-ranked Colby College women's squash team will likely not have a tougher weekend of matches after going up against three of the top 12 teams in the country in a 1-3 weekend at Brown University and Trinity College.

The Mules (3-3 overall) took a 9-0 win against 28th-ranked Connecticut College. Colby lost 9-0 matches to third-ranked Trinity, ninth-ranked Brown, and 12th-ranked George Washington.

First position player Kate Pistel had a 3-0 record in her match against the Camels and played what might go down as the top match of the year in a tough 3-2 loss against Brown. Pistel lost 13-11 and 11-9 in the first two games to Dori Rahbar, but stormed back to take 16-14 and 11-8 wins in the next two to send it to a fifth game. The two women went well past 11 points in the fifth as Rahbar took a 16-14 victory.
