Pistel named to All-NESCAC squash team for fourth time

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Kate Pistel (Amherst, Mass.) made the All-New England Small College Athletic Conference Women's Squash All-Conference Team for the fourth year in a row after earning first team honors Thursday.

 
Pistel, one of Colby's all-time great athletes, made the first team for the third straight year after making the second team as a first-year. She already is a two-time All-American in women's lacrosse heading into her final season this spring and was a four-year player for the women's soccer team. Pistel has been a captain for all three teams during her playing career.
 
Pistel finished her squash career with a 66-34 record while playing the tough first position her final three years. She was 15-9 this past season for the Mules.
