Women's tennis finishes fall season with split

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College first-year Erica Talamo was the lone player to win both of her matches as the Mules took a 9-0 win over University of Southern Maine and fell 7-2 to Simmons College in non-conference women's tennis Monday.
 
Tess Perese, Sarah Wiener, Talamo, Meredith Zakon, Danielle Levine, and Katherine Kyrios all had singles wins against USM. Talamo played at third singles in the first match against USM and then won at sixth singles in the Simmons match.
 
Mckenzie Love and Alex McAuliff won at third doubles in both matches for Colby (2-2).
