Women's tennis takes sixth straight victory

HILTON HEAD, S.C. --- Tess Perese won at first singles and joined forces with Sarah Wiener for a first doubles victory to lead the Colby College women's tennis team to a sixth straight victory in a 9-0 win over Concordia (Wis.) University on Thursday.

Colby is 8-1 overall and will play Carleton on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the final match of the Hilton Head spring break trip.

Holly Bogo, Erica Talamo, Alex McAuliff, Danielle Levine, and Maggie Sutherland also won singles matches in straight sets or default.

McCauliff and Talamo won at the second doubles spot for the Mules.
