This is a map we created
showing the buffer scores and their location along the shoreline. LG left, OP right.

Poor buffers, red
|
|
Yellow buffers, partial
|
|
Green buffers, adequate

We found that no specific
area had a high concentration of poorly buffered homes in one area, they
were all relatively spread out. Better than all clustered together- which
could lead to greater addition of nutrients to one spot.

Again, improving the buffer
of a home is something relatively simple for home owners to do, and is has
positive impacts on water quality.
