Septic Suitability
Suitable
Moderate
Unsuitable
84% of the watershed is shown to be suitable for septic systems.  Light red areas are more suitable for septic systems.  Less than 1% is completely unsuitable.  It seems wrong that most of the watershed is suitable given that almost the entire watershed area is covered in unsuitable soils.  However, the gentle slopes are more important in the model and explain the discrepency.
Areas that are unsuitable for septic systems can be made suitable by adding loam and sand to the soil.  This improves the filtering capabilities of the soil.
