All five maps were added together in a weighted overlay to produce the final model.  Slope and lake proximity buffers were each weighted most since they each have the highest relative importance.  The stream proximity map was weighted as 15%.  This brings the total percentage over 100 but this doesnŐt matter because they are relative values.
