expect this trend to continue in the future as well.

areas to rural Maine

continue to see increase in # of Summer camps and
retirement homes in the watershed

There are currently 16 empty lots on the shoreline of
TMP

But there is also potential for subdivision of
existing lots

Grandfathering clauses for
septic systems will become obsolete for any new development or remodeling. So, while we anticipate more development, it will likely
be more regulated

be developed with residential development
