Assume that input to refill lake will be less nutrient-rich so as to dilute remaining lake water
	Culvert at south end of Togus Pond under Route 105 only allows several inches of drainage, need 2.5 - 5.5 feet of drainage
	Dam at south end of Lower Togus Pond must be modified to drawdown Lower Togus Pond in order to allow waterto drain from Togus Pond through culvert.
	This technique is used primarily for reservoirs and small ponds, like Webber Pond has for a few years now
	Cost depends on dam and culvert modification
