By talking with town officials, reviewing property maps and conducting current studies of homes we were able to take watershed development potential into consideration
	By looking at past trends in population and development, predictions were made for the future including the watershed as a whole, and for specific areas of concern.
	These predictions act as a means for regulating development and are therefore necessary in maintaining the health of the lake.
