To summarize, in comparison
to other lakes in the surrounding areas, the water quality of Long Pond is
overall fairly good. Prevention is key, because at this point, you still
have the opportunity to keep Long Pond North in good condition. The
historical Secchi and anoxia trends are serious causes for concern because
they indicate that if proper care is not exercised, the water quality of
Long Pond could worsen significantly. And now Andrew will speak about land
