	Mean household size has decreased by over 1 person per household in the past 30 years.
	In 1970 the mean number of people per household was 3.43 whereas in 2007 this number was 2.35.  This explains why with only an increase of 5% of people in the past 30 years number of residential units has increased by 56%.
	If the current trend continues, there will be more demand for residential housing.
