4 proposed zoning districts:
1 &2) Growth District (red) and industrial zone (gray)
   - No restrictions on lot size or percentage of lot that can be impervious surfaces
   - Winslow hopes to encourage growth in this district.
3) Rural District (yellow)
   - The watershed is currently in this zone. Moving it into a conservation district would help water quality because development would have more restrictions.
   - 2 acre minimum lot size
   - Maximum of 20% of lot can be impervious surfaces
4) Conservation District (green), which includes Winslow�s portion of the Pattee Pond watershed
   - 10 acre minimum lot size
   - Maximum of 10% of lot can be impervious surfaces
   - The new conservation district was created for this proposal to deter development in this more sensitive, which includes Winslow�s portion of the Pattee Pond watershed.
