Trip Description:
Are you ready for this? I didn't think so.
Four score minus seventy eight years ago, Galen "The Skipper" Hammitt and Sean "Sealheart" Donahue made a valiant attempt to explore every surface Maine had to offer, but they missed one. The Bubbles and the aptly named "Nubble" of Acadia NP. Our trip won't be going on either of those, but we'll be close.
What we are doing is going hiking in Acadia near the legendary Jordan pond where members of Rockafeller family, Roc-a-fella Records Inc., and Suckapunch Productions, frequently vacation to enjoy pop-overs and tea. We will be summitting three mountains, and naming them after ourselves. Come be a part of history.
We will be leaving Friday at 6PM after a group dinner, then returning by 4PM in ample time to prepare for the Fall Ball.
We will be aided in this journey by our youthful companion John "Freshface" Bengtson. |
