We use Heiwa Tofu made from soybeans grown just outside of Skowhegan, Maine.  Family made in Maine since 2008.  Taste the difference.

Dining Services will be joining in with Earth Day events all week.  Check out our special menus on Wednesday, April 24, with a "Weigh the Waste" event at Dana.
