On Tuesday, August 30, you'll find us in Caporale Lounge in Pulver Pavilion from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. with all kinds of goodies for you to use to stock your first year's room, allowing you to spend more time with your student instead of running all over town.
Your dining halls offer you the chance to go "meatless" in your dining options on Mondays by offering a more non-meat choices in their menus. Roberts takes the lead on the first and third Monday each month and Dana takes the lead on the second and fourth Monday. Wherever you prefer to eat, you have an option.
Why go meatless? For Health--Diets rich in meat have been linked to increased cancer risk. For the Environment--fuel, land and water needs of livestock are vast and unsustainable.

Colby, together with Sodexo, the food contract service, offers its students an expansive choice of food service options to meet their diverse dietary choices. For those of you not familiar with our Dining Services, Colby operates three dining halls during the school year—Dana, Foss, and Roberts— each striving to create a flavor and atmosphere all its own. Dining Services also has a full retail operation located in the Pulver Pavilion which includes the Joseph Family Spa, Caporale Lounge, and Marchese Blue Light Pub.
Supporting all of these locations is the bakeshop where all of our breads and desserts are prepared fresh daily by the Colby bakers.
