You can make an appointment with a counselor by stopping by the office or by calling X3343. Appointments are necessary for extended discussion of your career plans or your job search. It is a good time to learn how to find answers to your questions, get advice on approaching your career planning process or job search, be introduced to finding information in the Career Services Library, or talk about graduate school plans.

Appointments usually last anywhere from 15-45 minutes, depending upon your needs and the time available. At the beginning of each semester you may have to make appointments up to a week in advance. Other times of the year you may only have to wait one or two days. During our busiest times, please be sure to take advantage of drop-in hours and the Friday afternoon Career Cafe for help with quick questions, finding information in the library, or having resumes and cover letters reviewed.
