On Campus Recruiting is a program offered by the Colby Career Center that connects students and recruiters from top U.S. and international organizations—in all sectors (public, private, education, and non-profit). Employers schedule a day (or two) on-campus to host information sessions and to conduct first-round (sometimes followed by second-round) interviews with students for jobs and/or internships available at their organizations. Students participate in On-Campus Recruiting by using the Colby CareerLink system to apply for positions, receive notification of status from employers, and to sign up for interviews and information sessions.

On-Campus Recruiting occurs throughout the year, with employers recruiting for post-graduate employment and summer internships over each semester.
