The editor has been developed as a part of web-based chemical information
and molecular modelling system in Novartis Crop Protection AG in Basel.

The JavaMolecularEditor© is a computer software to
which Novartis Crop Protection AG has the exclusive copyright. Installation
of the JavaMolecularEditor© by any user shall only be permitted when
user accepts and agrees to give proper credit to Novartis Crop Protection
AG, including naming the author of the JavaMolecularEditor©, Peter
Ertl, and Novartis Crop Protection AG, and displaying the Novartis logo
with link to the Novartis web site www.novartis.com as shown above, at
an appropriate place within user's web site (e.g. on sponsor's page).
User shall install and/or use the JavaMolecularEditor© only to draw and edit chemical structures as input to his chemical information and modeling systems, and user shall in no event decompile or otherwise disassemble the JavaMolecularEditor©.
