Joseph M. Koch III '72, president of Dragon Cement and Concrete in Portland, Maine, has been elected chairman of the board of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce ; York County, Maine, district attorney Michael P. Cantara '75 was the subject of a feature article in the Biddeford-Saco-Old Orchard Beach Courier. Although crime is dropping on a state and federal level, Cantara said, his caseload is growing because "we have better law enforcement strategies" ; Doner, the largest independently owned advertising agency in North America, recently named Robert D. Petersen '76 executive vice president, account management director. In 1999 he was honored by the American Marketing Association with an Edison Award for his work launching MCI-Worldcom's 10-10-321.
