John A. Grieco Jr. '62 was honored by the East Haven, Conn., High School Alumni Association at its annual Hall of Fame and Distinguished Graduate Awards Dinner. In his senior year at the school, Grieco was captain and catcher on the state champion baseball team and was leading scorer on the all-tournament team as a member of the state champion basketball team * Veteran pharmaceutical executive Dr. William H. Koster '66 has been named chief executive officer of Neurogen Corporation, one of the nation's leading drug discovery and development companies * The Yampa Valley (Colo.) Business and Professional Women named Jeanne Miller Whiddon '68 Business and Professional Woman of the Year. The first woman elected Routt County treasurer, she was cited for her dedication to creating opportunities for women to succeed in business. Deaths: Edmund E. "Bud" Field 63, December 4, 2001, in Austinburg, Ohio, at 60.
