Earle G. Shettleworth Jr. '70 is co-author of Fly Rod Crosby: The Woman Who Marketed Maine (Tilbury House, Gardiner, Maine), the story of Cornelia Thurza Crosby (1854-1946), whose newspaper column chronicled her hunting and fishing exploits in Maine's wilderness for nearly 30 years. Issued the first Maine Guide license in 1897, she also toured the Northeast promoting Maine at various sportsmen's expositions * Vaccines are valuable in preventing disease before antibiotics are needed, said Frank J. Malinoski '76, assistant vice president, clinical affairs, vaccines, at Wyeth-Lederle Vaccines in Radnor, Pa. Interviewed in Product Management Today, Malinoski said today's vaccines are a key weapon in the fight against infectious disease. Deaths: Francis S.
