Namesakes: Robert Diamond Jr. ’73, LL.D. ’08, P’12, and Jennifer Diamond P’12, his wife. Diamond, former president and CEO of Barclays PLC and chair of the Board of Trustees, is a generous benefactor of the College, having given, among other grants, the naming gift for this social sciences and interdisciplinary studies building and major gifts supporting environmental education and initiatives.
