Home to: Administrative Offices |   | The Schair-Swenson-Watson Alumni Center, opened in 2005, is a central meeting place on campus for alumni and has large and small function spaces for campus events and a small library on the first floor. The building also houses offices of the College Relations Division, including Alumni Relations, Development, and Communications offices. | Schair-Swenson-Watson is the first academic building in Maine built to specifications for certification as a green building by the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program of the U.S. Green Building Council. Built for maximum energy efficiency, it is heated and cooled using geothermal energy. |
