Debra Spark teaches fiction writing, and is the author of the novels Coconuts for the Saint and The Ghost of Bridgetown, as well as the anthology, Twenty Under Thirty and a book of essays on writing, Curious Attractions. Her essays, reviews and short stories have appeared in Esquire, The New York Times, Ploughshares,The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, Yankee and The New England Review, among other places.
