With leadership and support from Colby College, a steering committee of Waterville civic, cultural, and business leaders is undertaking a planning effort aimed at building on existing efforts to further establish downtown Waterville as a vibrant, dynamic destination for residents, visitors, and businesses. The planning process will include several opportunities for broader input from the community.
