Administrative Secretary
Department: College Relations - Annual Giving

An experienced secretary is needed to provide general office management, administrative and clerical support for the director, four anniversary gift programs, Alumni Fund and Parents Fund volunteers. The administrative secretary will also process and prepare Office of Annual Giving appeals, manage matching gift acknowledgement process, manage volunteer newsletter, arrange meeting details and materials, maintain database records and run reports.

Qualifications include: : a high school diploma is required, post secondary education is preferred; five or more years of previous secretarial experience and accounting skills desired; computer proficiency required in Word and Excel; knowledge of Filemaker Pro, PageMaker, Microsoft Publisher, and Power Point a plus. Initiative in assuming responsibilities and flexibility is necessary.
