Applied Music Instructor in Oboe

Applied Music Instructor in Oboe: part-time, 1-yr., renewable staff appointment (non-tenure track). Duties include teaching applied oboe lessons, coaching chamber music, and serving as principal oboe in the Colby Symphony Orchestra. Position requires documented success in teaching and performing; completed Masters or equivalent experience; and ability to work with students, faculty, and college community in a small liberal arts environment. Compensation and benefits based upon number of students taught. Effective date of employment is Fall 2006.
