Join us for an evening with Milly Kugonza Businge for a lecture on "Development, Food Security, and Life in a Ugandan Village." Kugonza Businge comes to Colby as part of an exchange between the college and her hometown, Kikuube, where she serves as village chairperson. She will speak on the challenges of development in Kikuube and the food security issues that developed after the arrival of corporate agriculture. Kugonza Businge will share her family's experiences in building an alternative, sustainable agricultural model on their organic moringa farm.
