This session will provide the opportunity to learn several relaxation techniques that can help you unwind, reduce anxiety (including test anxiety), and sleep more restfully. These techniques of breathing, muscle relaxation and visualization have been found to actually change the physiology of the body and reduce both mental and physical stress.
