We all talk to ourselves all of the time. What we say in this internal "self-talk" can profoundly affect how we feel about ourselves and the quality of our lives. In this session you will have the opportunity to examine your "self-talk" and expose irrational beliefs or thoughts that may be causing stress in your life, and learn how to replace them with rational, life-enhancing thoughts. If you are saying to yourself right now, "Are you kidding? There's nothing I can do to reduce stress in my life", then this session is for you! Presented by Patti Newmen.
