It’s an understatement to say that 2020 has been a year of change! COVID 19 is on top of people’s minds. This public health crisis has turned our work and home lives upside down. Many are juggling working at home with children in need of attention or schooling. Others are dealing with other personal changes. Most are operating with some concern for their own health or the health of loved ones. In the midst of the pandemic, we all are trying to accomplish our work and support our staff and students.

In this introspective and collaborative workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

Connect with other Colby staff/leaders on current changes and experiences.
Identify and discuss the impact of these changes including challenges and successes.
Review and discuss additional strategies to support yourself and others in creating a change mindset for handling these challenging times.
Reflect and commit to application.
The training will be conducted virtually and will be highly interactive – with whole and small group discussions.

Presented by Nancy Ansheles, M. Ed., Catalyst and Co.
