Each service of Carols and Lights begins with a musical prelude (3:30 and 7p.m.). The service includes Advent and Christmas readings and carols sung by the congregation. Student vocalists, instrumentalists, and choral and a cappella groups contribute both traditional and contemporary music of the season. The singing of carols by candlelight follows the tradition lighting of candles throughout the congregation. The service concludes with "Silent Night." Free tickets are required.
