The Garrison-Foster Health
Center keeps alumni medical records for seven years. Alumni and current students may request copies of their
records by submitting a written request, which includes full name, class year,
date of birth and signature. The
request must state the specific information, which needs to be released, and
where the information needs to be faxed or mailed. Records from non-Colby providers cannot be released. The request can be faxed to (207)
