The Music at Colby series brings professional artists of national and international acclaim to campus. The series also sponsors performances by faculty members and students. Regular performers include the Portland String Quartet, the Colby Chorale, the Colby Jazz Ensemble, the Colby Symphony Orchestra, the Colby Wind Ensemble, and the Colby-Kennebec Choral Society. Most concerts are open to the public without charge. Information about the concerts, including dates and times can be obtained by calling the Music Department office, 207-872-3236. |
