“Emotions can get in the way or get you on the way.” ~Mavis Mazhura

As Daniel Goleman reminds us, “If your emotional abilities aren’t in hand, if you don’t have self-awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions, if you can’t have empathy and have effective relationships, then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far.”

Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) has a powerful impact on our professional and personal lives. It helps boost our self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy, and relationship skills, all of which help us become much better communicators and leaders. In this 1-hour session, we will explore E.I. at a glance.

Specifically, join us to:

  • Understand how your emotions affect others and you.
  • Become familiar with your psychological & physical reactions.
  • Learn about Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) & its 4 main components.
  • Gain tips and tools for building E.I.
