At Colby, we take pride in creating a place where our community, students, faculty, and staff have the best experience, whether by supporting, leading, or problem-solving.
Delivering Excellence is thinking about the people we take care of (our customers) and how we can approach situations to make that difference.
Join us for this 1.5-hour interactive in-person training session to:
- Learn tips and techniques on how to build confidence, improve connections, and add value for the people you take care of.
- Learn multiple problem-solving approaches that can create successes for you, our customers (the people you are taking care of), and others.
