COLBY STUDENTS: Once you have been hired by a department, you will be contacted with instructions for completing the summer hiring process.

NON-COLBY STUDENTS: Once you have been hired by a department, please come to Human Resources to fill out the necessary paperwork. There are open “office hours” from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday through early June (with the exception of 5/30 & 5/31; HR will be closed on these dates). You can just drop by Roberts 126 at the above time. Non-Colby students who are new to working on campus must fill out a Form I-9, in addition to other paperwork. The Form I-9 must be completed on or before your first day of employment. Please refer to this link for a copy of the form, including the identity documentation required to complete the form (see page 3).
