with Microsoft Word's Save for Web option. See how.

Where to put your syllabi:
If you have a Colby personal page, you can post your syllabi there.
-OR-
link your syllabi to your Professional Profile page. Everyone at Colby has a profile page, generated from the CARS database. To see and edit yours, go to
http://www.colby.edu/preferences/

There are instructions on the page; editable areas are marked by buttons.
Students can then access the page with this url:
www.colby.edu/profile/username*

*so, the url for Professor jsmith's profile page would end in "profile/jsmith"
