- For virus concerns, first check the Virus Info page. Don't forward hoaxes! Please read the ITS special bulletin about viruses.

- SCS assists in getting students connected to the network, setting up email, and installing and using the Office Suite. It does not include hardware repair. (See the manufacturer info and local vendor list to find a hardware technician.)

SCS does not and cannot provide in depth support for all student computer needs. See SCS support guidelines for details.
