Use Policies • Access is restricted to current Colby students, faculty and staff. • All others must obtain permission in advance from Information Technology Services, Chris Christensen, ITS Admin Secretary, Lovejoy 105 and sign in with Chris before using labs. Contact Chris at (207)872-3414 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday- if you arrive after hours or on a weekend you will NOT be able to get permission to use the labs. • Anyone who does not have permission will be asked to leave. • Other users will be asked to leave if the lab is crowded and there are students waiting. • Any minors in the lab must have obtained permission from ITS (see above). • Minors may not use any network software in the labs unless they are supervised by an adult. ITS staff and student workers will not provide this supervision. If the minor does not have permission or is using network software, they will be asked to leave. • No pets, food, or drinks are allowed in the labs. Contact

SCHEDULE Tuesday,
Thursday, Saturday & Sunday open 24 hours Between Semesters and During Spring Break Same as the building hours. Jan Plan(1/5-1/29) Same as Fall semester. Spring Semester(2/4-5/22) Same hours as above- during Spring recess cluster hours will be same as building hours. Summer hours begin 5/24.
Students: use the hall phone to call x3666. Alternatively, see the lab monitor on duty in Lovejoy 400. Faculty & staff: to request maintenance, or software installation, or to report problems with the lab, contact Paula Lemar, x3607. |
