SCS Policy on Removing Viruses:
Some viruses are very malicious and can cause major computer problems.
SCS will make their best effort in removing a virus. We can not guarantee
when removing a virus that it may not cause more problems. In some instances
removing viruses from the computer may adversely affect the operating system.
This can cause serious problems and may require re-installation. Since SCS does
not reformat or install OS's you would then need to contact the vendor or take
the machine to a local repair shop in town...or try to fix it yourself.
