Five Steps to Better Reception ...

Step 2

Cable is either on or off. It doesn't work for some channels and not others yet a common complaint is that some channels come in and others (typically over channel 13) do not.

This is not a cable problem, it is a television setting.

Be sure your TV is set for cable or CATV reception, not antenna.

Consult the television owner's manual to check/change the setting.

If the channels you can't receive are pay channels through an Time-Warner converter box, contact them at 888 683-1000 or an HDTV problem, check out Connections.
