Students may experience problems with wireless network connections in residence halls including AMS, Averill, Dana, East, Heights, Perkins-Wilson, Piper, and West. Common symptoms are a slow connection to Colby services, and no connection to sites outside of our network (email.colby.edu, etc.). We are working on this issue now but are uncertain when normal internet connectivity can be restored. Please contact Student Computer Services (scshelp@colby.edu, 207-859-4224) and let them know if your residence hall is affected but is not on the list above, or if you have different symptoms.
