Resetting POP E-mail Download for Colby Apps
The following instructions will reset the POP e-mail to prevent messages from re-downloading into an e-mail client if you reset your password.
- Sign in to your Colby Apps e-mail account
- Click on the gear icon (upper right)
- Select settings—you will be redirected to a new page
- Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab
- Select Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on
- Click Save Changes
