Resetting POP E-mail Download for Colby Apps 

The following instructions will reset the POP e-mail to prevent messages from re-downloading into an e-mail client if you reset your password.

 

  • Sign in to your Colby Apps e-mail account
  • Click on the gear icon (upper right)

  • Select settings—you will be redirected to a new page
  • Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab

  • Select Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on

  •  Click Save Changes
